Cloud 9 AV Productions was born in 2010 from a simple belief: NYC events deserved better. Better audio. Smarter lighting. More creative vision. We started small — a van, a console, and an unbreakable commitment to making every show perfect.

Today we're New York's most trusted AV production house, with a fleet of equipment, a team of 40+ specialists, and a track record that speaks for itself across 1,000+ events in 15 years.

2010
Founded in Brooklyn
Two engineers, one van, and a vision. First event: a 300-person corporate gala in Midtown Manhattan.
Built on a single rule: no show fails. That rule has never been broken.
2014
Long Island Office Opens
Expanded to serve Nassau and Suffolk County. Added full lighting rig and video wall capabilities.
Team grew to 12 specialists. First 500-person ballroom production.
2018
100th Wedding Milestone
Crossed 100 luxury wedding productions. Launched the 360° photo booth division.
4.9★ average rating across all 100 weddings. Not one late setup.
2022
Manhattan Studio HQ
Moved to 57th St, launched full LED wall division and special effects department.
CO₂ cannons, confetti bursts, haze — the full FX arsenal joins the team.
2025
Queens Office + 1,000 Events
Third metro location opens in Astoria, Queens. Crossed the 1,000-event milestone.
